Can’t open Live Chat? Make sure you haven’t disabled JavaScript in your browser. If you’ve disabled JavaScript, you won’t be able to see the Live Chat button at the bottom of your screen.

Need help with something? You can contact the ExpressVPN support team at any time by clicking or tapping on the chat box at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

You can also access Live Chat in our apps. To learn how, follow the instructions below for your respective device:

Android and iOS

To access Live Chat in the ExpressVPN apps for Android and iOS, either:

  • Tab the Live Chat bubble icon at the bottom right of the home screen

OR

  • Tap Live Chat in the Help tab.

Windows and Mac

To access Live Chat in the ExpressVPN apps for Windows and Mac:

  1. In the app, click Menu icon.Help & Support.
  2. Click Live Chat. A window will open in your preferred internet browser and the Live Chat will begin.
